2. Shipping Methods
2.1. Standard Shipping
Delivery Time: 3-5 business days.
Cost: Free on orders over €100. For orders below, the cost will depend on the destination of the order.
Description: Safe and reliable delivery through our logistics partners.
2.2. Express Shipping
Delivery Time: 1-2 business days.
Cost: €15.
Description: For those who need to receive their jewelry faster.
2.3. International Shipping
Delivery Time: 7-10 working days.
Cost: Calculated automatically during checkout according to the destination and weight of the order.
Description: Secure and trackable international shipping. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
3. Order Processing
3.1. Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday: Processing within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Weekends and Holidays: Processing on the next business day.
Note: Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed the same day.
3.2. Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received and is being processed.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information provided by the selected courier company. You will be able to track your order in real time through the link provided.
5. Shipping Costs
5.1. Cost Calculation
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically during the checkout process, based on the selected shipping method, destination and weight of the order.
5.2. Shipping Promotions
Free Shipping: On orders over €100.
Express Shipping Discounts: We offer express shipping discounts during special promotions. Check our offers on the website.
6. Delivery Addresses
6.1. Correct Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. Gold Avenue Accessories is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6.2. Address Changes
If you need to change the delivery address after you have placed the order, please contact us as soon as possible via goldavenueaccessories@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.
7. Failed Delivery
7.1. Delivery Attempts
If you are not available to receive your order at the time of delivery, the courier company will make two additional attempts. After these attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
7.2. Reshipment of Orders
To reschedule the delivery of a failed order, please contact us at goldavenueaccessories@gmail.com with your order number and the necessary details.
8. Damages and Losses

Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you inspect the package and its contents to verify that everything is in perfect condition. If you find any damage or discrepancy, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
